The villa features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with 3 en-suite. Doors from the master bedroom lead out onto a large roof terrace, overlooking the heated pool. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom another double, plus a larger bedroom with bunk beds and 2 single beds. On the lower floor there is a further twin bedroom with en-suite.

Fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen.

Downstairs there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. A pool table is also situated on the lower level.

The spacious lounge/diner has the feature of a central log burning fire, comfortable armchairs and sofas ( two of which can be used as extra sleeping accommodation) Satellite TV, video and also a music system.

Fully equiped Kitchen for upto 14 guests. The Kitchen comprises Oven, Grill, Hob and Microwave as well as most other required kitchen utensils.
	Master Bedroom on first Floor with excellent views from Balcony over Villamora through to the coast. This room has its own en-suite bathroom and patio in addition to the balcony.
Very large lounge are with 3 x 2 seater settee's 1 x 3 seater settee/bed and 2 further armchairs. TV with Sky is available. 3 sets of Patio doors lead out to the patio area from the lounge/dining area which is south facing with view from Faro to Albuferia along the cost.
	A log burning fireplace is available for guests in the cooler months. This fireplace is a feature within the lounge area.

Radiators are available for the cooler winter months and fans for the summer.

In addition to the Ground and First Floor there is a basement/Garage comprising laundry room and utility rooms and pool table. The Garage has its own double electric doorf.
An entry intercom phone can be found in the entrance hall linking to the front gate's to the property which are electricaly operated by remote control.
